Intuit Design 4 Delight Course
This course will explore how to develop a customer satisfaction mindset. You will explore concepts such as customer empathy, going broad to go narrow and engaging in rapid experiments with customers. The role of the customer will be studied as well as the relationship between the customer problem, the solution and the customer benefit.
